According to Mehr News Agency, Rouha Dabbaghian’s paintings will be featured in “Still”, the first solo exhibition of the new year at Ba Gallery, opening on Friday, April 18th.

Rooha Dabaghian, born in 1984 in Sari, holds a Ph.D. in Architecture. She began showcasing her work in exhibitions in Dubai in 2019. “Still” marks her second collaboration with Ba Gallery, following her participation in a group exhibition at the same venue featuring one of her works. The pieces in this collection are created with a focus on nature and the lingering presence of memory.

In her statement about the exhibition, Dabaghian references a poem by Fereydoon Moshiri, writing:

You are not here to see
how your scent flows in the depth of moments!
how your image appears in the glint of the glass!
how your place remains verdant in the soul of life!
The window is still open.
