3 Sama Anoushahr Untitled Ink of the Line Pen on Canvas 150x150 Cm 2025(1404)

The exhibition “Ink of the Line” will open on Friday, December 12, at Ba Gallery. According to Honar Online, this exhibition is part of the annual duet events held at Ba Gallery. “Ink of the Line,” curated by Mozhdeh Hassani, features works by Alireza Chamok and Sama Anoushehr, created with pen technique and presented on the walls.

Part of the statement for “Ink of the Line” reads: “The pen, as an unpretentious tool in art, requires particular skill and delicacy for artistic work. In the hands of the artists present in this exhibition, the pen has become a language for expressing the outer and inner worlds. These two worlds reach from the ink of the pen to the essence of the line to express what the artists have in mind. On one side of this line, an artist, by referring to objects, memory, and signs, creates a tangible world a still life rich in details that weaves together layers of travel, identity, and time.

On the other side, another artist explores the mind and myth, and in an evident silence free of faces, creates butterflies, leaves, and trees that emerge carrying within them signs of transformation and revelation.

The lines in the artworks of both artists contain a patient warp and weft that narrates an accumulation of tension and beauty.”

Visitors can attend the exhibition daily from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and on Fridays from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Ba Gallery.

The exhibition runs until December 26.

Gallery address: West Artesh Boulevard, Nakhl Street, Baharan Street, Nastaran Alley, No. 1, Modern Plaza Building, 6th Floor, Units 602 and 603.
