Solo exhibition “Resonance” will be held/ The geometry of repetition
Jan 7, 2026
According to ILNA, a solo exhibition of artworks by Amirhossein Jabbari titled “Resonance” will open on Friday, January 9. This exhibition features sculptural artworks by the artist, focusing on geometry in the formation of each piece, and embodies Iranian design identity through the use of metal materials.
The exhibition statement for “Resonance” reads: “Resonance is an attempt to represent Iranian geometry in contemporary time; a collection of metal sculptures that seek to retell the hidden order of the world through layers of light and silence. The creation of each work is based on the repetition of form using polished metal sheets. In essence, the contrast between the coldness and rigidity of iron is intertwined with a poetic concept of the past. This time, through a balanced rhythm and the integration of light, a new space is formed, revealing a new face with every shift of perspective. Light fractures along the edges, shadows move, and the eye experiences a different image at every moment. ‘Resonance’ is a dialogue between heritage and the present; an effort to uncover roots woven into history and buds emerging within the context of today’s technology. An echo of Iranian design identity and a reflection that probes the past while shaping the present.”
Those interested in visiting the exhibition may attend from January 9 to January 23, between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM, at Ba Gallery. Address: Artesh Boulevard, Nakhl Street, Baharan Street, Nastaran Alley, No. 1, Modern Plaza Building, Units 602 and 603.
