Sama Anoushahr Alireza Chamak Ink of the Line Squer

Starting on Friday, december 12th, Ba gallery will host a duet exhibition of paintings with artworks of Alireza Chamak and Sama Anoushahr curated by Mozhdeh Hassani. This exhibition, which is called "Ink of the Line", will be open until december 26th. The statement for this exhibition reads:"The pen, as an unassuming tool in art, demands a particular skill and delicacy from the artist. In the hands of the artists featured in this exhibition, the pen has become a language for expressing both the outer and inner worlds. These two realms, through the ink of the pen, arrive at the ink of the line, allowing the artists to articulate what they intend to convey. On one side of this line stands an artist who, by turning to objects, memory, and symbols, creates a tangible world a still life rich in detail, weaving together the layers of journey, identity, and time. On the other side, another artist explores the mind and myth, and in a silence free of any face or portrait, gives rise to butterflies, leaves, and trees forms that emerge from within, carrying signs of metamorphosis and revelation. The pen lines in both artists’ works hold a patient weave, narrating an accumulation of tension and beauty. The Ink of the Line reminds us that a simple tool, when held by an artist, can transform every line into a new possibility."
